No Deposit = No Booking. 

Deposit must be paid prior to the booking of a shoot. If a deposit is not made, the date of shooting is not confirmed and can be taken. Once deposit is transferred, the client has a three week time limit to set a date, starting the day the deposit is transferred. If a date is not set within those three weeks, deposit is forfeited. Time & location of shoot must be established at least 24 hours before the confirmed date of said shoot to avoid cancellation. Cancellation of shoot must be given at least 24 hours before shoot or deposit is forfeited. 

Deposit is non-refundable.

Once the Pre-Production is complete, (Meeting for the shoot) full payment is non-refundable.

If full payment is not given after shooting, the day of shooting, editing will not start until full payment is fulfilled.

(Turn around time starts when payment is fulfilled.) 

Raw footage is never sent. The client receives final video only.

Lack of cooperation and waste of time will result in a shorter shooting time, despite package purchased. 

If the video is sent, full payment is non-refundable. 

Clients receive 1 free revision per video, more revisions will cost an extra charge.
